The Medicine Wheel is a sacred mirror of wholeness — a circle divided into four directions, each holding its own season, kingdom, body, and element. As the wheel awakens, it turns through the cardinal directions in order — North, East, South, West — revealing the teachings carried by each quadrant. Watch each portion come forward in turn, then return to the whole.
Sit quietly for a moment. Breathe with the wheel and watch each direction awaken in turn — the north, east, south, and west revealing their seasons, kingdoms, and elements.
- Let your eyes soften — the wheel zooms into each quadrant, dwelling on its teachings.
- Notice the turn — North, East, South, West awaken in cardinal order, then the whole returns.
